All contact info is added to the second disc behind - this is included in the price. I can only stamp one side of each disc.

Info on the back contact tag in the listing is an example only - please specify what you require on your tag during checkout.

Please note that some tags with charms are sold with a tiny split ring. This is intended to go on the charm and then used to attach the charm to the large split ring. Please do not attach your tags to this ring as it is not strong enough and you risk losing them!

PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS IS FOR CAT/DOG as the charms are slightly different on the reverse - ❤️ my cat/dog

Brass disc 25mm (this will have the phone number and house number and postcode)

Nickel plated 20mm disc- this will have the name on.

These can also be make on a slightly larger top disc 22mm brass and 25mm nickel - if you prefer this please just let me know.

Charm - please let me know which charm you would prefer. If no charm is specified I will use the one I think looks best.

All our tags are handmade to order. The detail is stamped into the metal, not engraved and so is deep and long wearing.

Due to our items being hand made they are all unique to you and your pet.

Please be extra careful to check details you send to be stramped on your tag - I cannot accept responsibility for misspelled or mistyped wording/numbers.

I can include whatever information you wish however please bear in mind that current UK law states that dogs in public must wear a tag on their collar which includes the owner's address including postcode.
